Need to update your email address on your Prezzee account? No problem! Just make sure you have access to your new email address and have your phone handy before you start, so you can complete the verification process.
Ready to change your email address? Just follow these easy steps:
- Log into your Prezzee account.
- Navigate to My Account and select ' My details'
- Select ‘Change’ next to your email address.
- You’ll receive an SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Follow the link in the SMS, enter your new email, and select ‘Update’.
- If you forgot your email, select Forgot email? to receive an SMS reminder with your registered address.
