Need to update your phone number on your Prezzee account? No problem! Once you log into your Prezzee account, you can easily change your account information.
Ready to change your phone number. Just follow these easy steps:
Changing your phone number (if you still have access to the old phone number)
- Log into your Prezzee account on a web browser, and navigate to My Account and select' My details'.
- Select ‘Change’ next to your phone number. You’ll receive an email to your registered address.
- Follow the link in the email, enter your new phone number, and select ‘Update’.
Changing your phone number (if you no longer have access to the old phone number)
Please contact our Customer Care Team to update your phone number.
