How do I swap a Prezzee Smart Gift Card?

Please make sure that you have a Prezzee account, if not sign up for one.

To swap your Prezzee smart eGift Card, follow these steps:

1. Launch your Gift Card (from the gift email or in your Prezzee Wallet) and choose 'Swap now'
2. Browse through the brands and select the one you want to spend on (you're not spending yet)
3. Select the amount you want to spend with that brand (you don't have to spend it all in one place)
4. Optional: select 'Add a card' to swap your remaining balance for additional brand/s (you can swap up to 5 brands in one go)
5. Confirm your swap
6. Done! 

You can spend your new card once available or you can keep it for later, just make sure to check the expiry date.

To keep your cards safe and handy, we recommend saving them to your Prezzee Wallet.

Make sure you're certain of the retailers you'd like to swap your Prezzee Smart Gift Card for, as once you've swapped all or part of your Smart Gift card value it cannot be exchanged for another retailer later on if you change your mind.
