Wondering how long you have to use your gift card? We've got the details for you!
The expiration of each gift card may vary, so here's what you need to know:
If your card has been added to the wallet
- Access your Wallet via the browser
- Go to the card in your Wallet and the expiry date will be shown on the card.
If your card has not been added to the wallet
- Locate the gift email and select 'Unwrap your gift' - remember to take note of the 4-digit PIN - you'll need it to unlock your gift!
- The gift page will launch, enter the 4-digit PIN to unlock your gift card.
- Your card expiry date will now be available to view on your gift card via the gift page.
Please note:
- If your balance does not appear on the card in your wallet or gift page, click the gift hyperlink to view the details of your card, including its expiry date. To avoid any surprises, be sure to check the Terms and Conditions of your gift card, as expiration dates can vary by brands and retailers. Follow the provided instructions to view the expiry of your specific gift card.
- The date a recipient uses the email link to add the gift card to their Prezzee wallet does not alter this expiry date. For clarity, the validity period of your gift card starts ticking from the date of purchase, not any other date (such as the date the recipient receives the gift card).
