Forgot your Prezzee password? No problem! Resetting your password is easy, whether you're using the Prezzee website or app. Just follow these steps, and you'll be back in your account in no time with a new password.
Reset your password using the Prezzee website:
- Head over to the Prezzee website in your browser.
- Select the 'Log-In' button in the top right corner.
- Under the "Log In" button, select where it says, 'Forgot your password select here to reset.'
- Type in the email address linked to your Prezzee account and select 'Reset my password.'
- Check your inbox for an email with the reset password link and select 'Reset Password.'
- Enter your new password, then select 'Reset.'
Note: When you create a new password it needs to be different to your old one. There are also restrictions when using your first and last name in your password.
