Once you have used all the remaining balance of a gift card, you can easily remove the gift card from your Prezzee Wallet! Removing old cards keeps your wallet tidy and makes it even easier to manage what you’ve got.
Ready to remove your gift card from your Prezzee Wallet. Just follow these easy steps:
- To access your Wallet, visit our website, log in, and select ‘My Wallet.
- Select the card you want to remove
- Select the options menu (3 dots in the top right corner of the screen)
- Select 'Archive card'.
Tips/Links:
Once a card has been archived, it cannot be added again through the website. Best to contact us directly Contact Prezzee Customer Care.
For certain vouchers and gift cards, there will be an additional receipt in the options menu.
